These pipe base screens are manufactured with strict quality standards. The screen jackets are manufactured by spirally wounding narrow faced Vee-Wire around a cage of longitudinal support rods. Each intersection point of these wires is fusion welded.
Single Wire Wrapped Screen is manufactured with 2 3/8 inch, 2 7/8 inch and 3 ½ inch diameter of seamless base pipe having 9 feet, 15 feet and 30 feet lengths. The commonly used material of base pipe is J-55, L-80 & N-80 grade.
