Messung supplies Smartline Junior Man-Machine Interface.The Smartline jr Man-Machine Interface [MMIjr] is a panel mounted device which functions as an operator panel for the programmable logic controller. It is a very low cost operator panel interface for very small, 14-40 I/O PLC, viz, Micro XMP8- 10 PLC or base unit of mini XMP8-20 PLC. It facilitates the operator to monitor/ modify various field parameters. The serial interface between MMIjr and PLC reduces the otherwise bulky cabling, thus reducing installation time and cost. It is a panel mounted operator panel with a choice of single line or two-line display [LCD, backlit]. This amn machines interface is applicable to many fields inludes machine with the PC based programming software, Softline V2.1. It is a must for every Micro XMP8-1.0/ Mini XMP8-20 PLC application. It can store up to 230 x single line user defined messages. The MMIjr has a fixed keyboard for parameter entry along with 4 user configurable keys. It also has user configurable bi-colour LEDs [red/green] with dual frequency flashing capability. The MMIjr has an IP 65 rating front panel protection with sealed membrane keyboard. It also contains slide-in legend strip for 4 user defined keys.
