Vishay components have developed first VLMx61 series of high-intensity power SMD LEDs in the CLCC6 ceramic package. These SMD LEDs are available in yellow, amber and white colours. The VLMx61 series of SMD LEDs provide a low thermal resistance and high optical power for thermal-sensitive applications. The CLCC6 ceramic package of VLMx61 series of SMD LEDs allows additional current drive for maximum light output while maintaining up to 50,000 hours high-service life.
