Girish Ego Controls provides Girish Ego brand CE marked space heaters that are perfect for preventing condensation, corrosion, and leakage currents in LT and HT switchgear panel boards/electronic instruments and panels, etc. The space heaters for panel board and switchgear industries are available in specially developed design incorporating stainless steel sheathed cartridge-heating element in perforated sheet metal enclosure. Some of the salient features of these space heaters include blackodised powder coated finish to ensure rapid heat dissipation; 2 x 2.5 mm2 porcelain terminal block for electrical connection; vertical or horizontal position installation although horizontal mounting is preferred. These space heaters are available with technical specifications like at least 10 mm distance from surface of panel; at least 50 mm distance from plastic parts; Each heater is tested for 2 kV for 1 min high voltage test; more than 10 mega ohms insulation resistance; ? 5% power rating; and 40 to 300 W at 110, 230 and 415 V rating.
