The SPFM 0090 is a medium coated hydrogen controlled electrode depositing low alloy weld metal giving a smooth arc, medium penetration and no spatter.
The slag peels off leaving a smooth bead having fine ripples
The electrode gives 20/25/5 cu deposit which possess corrosion resistance & and heat resistance upto 1200 C.
The weld metal is ductile and resistant to cracking.

Austenitic stainless steel electrode for resistance against various types of corrosion
It has a UTS of 66 kgf/mm & Elongation of 30%
The SPFM 0090 has an alloy basis of Cr, Ni, Mo, Mn, Cu
