Stainless Steel 9" Dewatering Screw Press

Shree Engineers is the manufacturer of Stainless Steel 9" Dewatering Screw Press. In Stainless Steel 9"Dewatering Screw Press, the screw trough is 14" side with a dogged lid for easy access and cleaning. The screw is 9" diameter X 5` long with a 14 mesh screen to capture solids surrounding it. Solids are driven up and discharged at a height of 74" through a 10.5" X 15" opening. The liquids drain to the bottom of the screw and discharge through a 6" flanged fitting. The fitting is currently reduced to 3" flanged fitting. The screw is belt driven at 1 to 1 ratio by 7.5 hp 1750 rpm electric motor. The screw is fed by 225 gallon tank through a 10" flanged fitting. The tank is open top and measures 36" diameter x 48"straight side height with 9" cone bottom. The cone bottom has a 4" hand operated slide gate valve in center.

There are also [2] 4" flanged fittings on the top side of the tank. The unit requires 230/460 VAC 3 PH electrical supply.
