The Plate/ Blast Freezer is featured with cabinets that are insulated with extruded polystyrenes. Horizontal/ Vertical type Plate/ Blast Freezer utilises hydraulic lift mechanism to ensure easy movements of the plates and uniform pressing to ensure true shape to the slabs.
