- Two sturdy, heavy duty cast iron frames to accomodate batching rollers, trough and drive.
- Batching rollers made dteel tube, clad with stainless steel mounted on heavy duty bearings.
- Both batching rollers are driven through a differential gear resulting in an almost constant speed on the fabric.
- Uni-directional braking system provided on both the batching rollers to adjust winding tension in wide range.
- Winding tension remains practically constant throughout the process. The machine can handle light to heavy fabrics.
- Stainless steel trough with stainless steel guide rollers. Liquor in the trough is heated by direct and indirect steam heating coils.
- Self balncing rocker assembly with pipe expanders giving creaseless passage of fabric with maximum tension.
- Stainless steel splash boards to avoid splashing of liquor.
- A.C.motor drive for fabric speed of about 80 m/min. reversing fabric passage by changing direction of rotation of the motor.
- Electric panel with microprocessor based controller and reversing starter. The controller is used for automatic reversing, setting no. of passages and controlling temperature of liquor in the trough.
