Stainless Steel Shear Pumps

P.M.S. Engineering [International] Services is bringing stainless steel Shear Pumps. The Shear Pump provides modularly interchangeable stators and rotors. The Shear Pumps is a compact processing system component. The stainless steel Shear Pumps are applied for mixing, binding, texturizing, emulsifying and smoothing. The Shear Pumps function without any aeration. These stainless steel Shear Pumps are manufactured for ultrasonic, mechanical, hydraulic and controlled cavitation. The stainless steel Shear Pumps are provided with positive pressure to process high viscosity material.

Seal Flush - Optional

Shaft-316 stainless steel

Housing - 316 stainless steel

Seals - Mechanical face-type

Stator/Rotor - 316 stainless steel

Bearings - Double tapered roller and ball

Discharge Port - Adjustable at 90" horizontal and vertical intervals

Viscosity Range - Limited only to the maximum 150 PSI pressure to force feed the pump. Products exceeding 1,000,000 cps have been processed.
