A cycle time of only 1.5 seconds increases the number of operations. Due to drastic reduction in terms of labour input the usage of strapping machine overcomes all manual errors ensuring that the strap is uniformly tightened over the carton. Strapping of carton with the same tension, maintains the shape of the package. Unlike the conventional methods where metal clips are used for sealing straps, it heat welds the joints and hence results into unbreakable joint. This is cost-effective solution for all packaging problems. The machine is generally used for packaging of low and moderate volume products. The machine is operated at working table height.
