Product Profile of Superheat Measurement System
Superheat Measurement System is the newer approach to achieve stable cell operation by combined stabilization of mass and energy. This method involves direct measurement of Superheat - the difference between the bath temperature and the liquidus. Superheat Measurement System has been developed by Hamilton Research & Technology Pvt. Ltd. An ISO 9001:2008 certified company, Hamilton Research & Technology Pvt. Ltd. designs and develops electronics and software products. Based on the measurement, an approximate control algorithm is applied to each cell through the Superheat Measurement System so that optimum stability is obtained resulting in an increase in current efficiency and reduced energy consumption.
