Product Profile of Surface Grinding Machine, Iron Series
Rosa Ucam Grindtech Pvt Ltd, a joint venture company between Rosa Ermando Spa, Italy and UCAM Pvt Ltd, has launched a range of linear surface grinding machines.
Iron Series is available in 6 models, with a longitudinal grinding length range of 620 to 2050 mm.
The cross grinding width for the smallest length [620 mm] is 400 mm, and 630 mm for others.
Technical features: One piece bed casting with heavily ribbed cell like structure of stanbilised Meehanite cast iron; column is rigidly fixed to the machine base, which has a double tubular structure made of Meehanite cast iron, with finished plain and V guides; cross rail is made of Meehanite cast iron supported on the column by means of hardened and ground gibs; cross slide for the wheel spindle unit runs on the vertical guide ways of the cross rail; wheel spindle unit is supported by means of hardened and ground steel gibs; work table has a reciprocating movement for the longitudinal feeding produced by two opposing hydraulic cylinders, insulated with a special material used in aerospace industry; equipped with high precision rotary table powered by AC servo motor with electro magnetic chuck; and offered with N, CN, CNC controllers.
