Surface Mounted Resistance Temperature Detector is a strap on type detector designed for the applications where pipe surface temperatures are measured. The Resistance Temperature Detector comes in flame and explosion proof enclosure to suit application in hazardous conditions. The Resistance Temperature Detector is provided with self locking type mounting clamps that never get unlocked due to pipe vibration or any other vibration. The Surface Mounted Resistance Temperature Detector has the sensor housing made of stainless steel of grade 316 to suit the pipe curvature.
