- Dip tanks made of MS Sheets Adequately stiffened by structural Members.
- The tanks have a sloping Bottom for easy drain out for maintenance.
- Hot Tanks are suitably insulated
- Phosphate Tanks are provided with TANK - IN - TANK indirect Heating system to avoid excessive sludge formation.
- Guides are provided at the Tank Top for resting the component Baskets.
- The Number of Tanks and Process Schedule will be as per the chemical supplier`s Recommendation.
- Monorail & Hoist is provided for handling of the components.
- Operator Movement platform is provided for easy and safe movement of operators during operations.
