Tachogenerator is equipped with 48 poles which help to provide high frequency and thereby ensuring good dynamic response, linearity and wide speed control. Tachogenerator comes with following standard features:
Rotor and stator assemblies are totally encased to prevent moistures, dust etc.
Cast iron housing of Stator assembly
Grease filled, double shielded ball bearings are used
Two mounting options-foot mounted and flange mounted.
Speedometer can be calibrated
Compact and rugged construction
TG can be supplied with rectifier unit, for DC operations.
