The main purpose of Tank Blanketing is to prevent air and moisture from entering the tank thereby avoiding roof corrosion.
The Tank Blanketing Systems allows the use of Low Pressure blanket of gas, such as Nitrogen, to maintain a protective gaseous environment above any liquid stored in a tank or vessel. The positive and constant nitrogen blanketing pressure helps prevent outside air, moisture and other contaminants from entering the storage tank thus maintaining the quality of the liquid stored. The Tank Blanketing Systems are applicable in chemical and petrochemicals, refineries and fertilizer industries.
