Product Profile of Tank Compressors
Caple Traders provides tank reciprocating compressors manufactured by Crompton Greaves. These tank compressors have features like very high operating efficiency due to high precision method adopted in production; enhanced cooling efficiency due to closely finned cylinder head, aided by fan and intercooler; connecting rod and crank shaft made out of forged alloy steel; splash type lubrication and is equipped with oil level indicator; air filter of efficient design and silencer incorporated; valves of finger plate type for easy flow and are self scavenging; non-return valves of robust in construction that can be easily dismantled and assembled; air receivers are hydraulically tested, manholes are provided for easy access for cleaning and maintenance in big size receivers; and testing done as per IS-5456. Applications are in garages, textile unit; spray painting, blasting, pneumatically operated fixtures, chuck cleaning, testing valve systems, etc.
