Product Profile of Teflon/ptfe Thick Coating
Blinex presents a pinhole free homogenous thick coating of PVDF, FEP, PFA, ETFE, ECTFC, etc. It has an extraordinary chemical resistance on chemical equipment parts. Thickness varies in the range of 500-1,000 micron while temperature ranges from -100 degree to +260 degree Celsius. The coating is capable of tolerating impact force and elongation up to 30 percent. It is non-stick, non-toxic and has electrical insulation, anti-static and release -surface. It is resistant to almost all chemicals and solvents. Applications:
