Product Profile of Temperature Indicating Controller, Digital
Instrumental Electronics offers a digital temperature indicating controller, Series 71000. It is housed in a 96 x 96 x 150 mm plastic enclosure, and is suitable for indicating/controlling temperatures with sensors such as resistance bulbs [PT-100], thermocouples [J, K, R and S], mV, mA, etc. The display is four digit, 12.5 mm height, red or green LED with resolution of 0.1oC up to 1000oC, and 1oC above 1000oC. Accuracy is better than 0.5% of full scale +1 digit. Power supply required is 240 V AC +10%, or 110 V AC +10%, 50 Hz. Suitable sensors [RTDs thermocouples] are also available along with the temperature indicator. Control output is either On/Off or proportional with relay of contact rating 6 A, 230 V, resistive. Control set point setting is with the help of push button and 10-turn fine and coarse trim pots. For proportional type reset, adjustment is available on the front panel. Controllers with two set points are also available; out of these two set points both could be On/Off or one On/Off and other proportional, or both proportional.
