Thin Wall Injection Moulds are provided with core and cavity that are made of vacuum hardened alloy steel. These Injection Moulds have both core and cavity impregnated with B copper for faster cooling to achieve lowest cycle time. These Injection Moulds are provided with hot runner system with valve gate. Thin Wall Injection Moulds are suitable for wall thickness of 0.35mm.
