Paragon TMR-24 and TM-4824 are most suitable timers for On delay/Off delay application. It has user adjustable delay time range like 1.5/6/15/60 - sec/min/hrs. The on delay/off delay is user selectable with two change over relay output [5A @ 230 V AC]. Auxiliary supply voltage is from 24V AC/DC to 230V AC/DC.
