Megger is the manufacturer of Universal LCR Meter, LCR13. It is a portable instrument which is designed for quick, easy testing and analysing of discrete components in a broad range of applications. The Universal LCR Meter unit accurately measures the value of inductances, capacitances and resistances at frequencies of 120 Hz and 1 kHz. The Universal LCR Meter has relative mode for deviation measurement. A dual display and dual parameter measurement is available in the Universal LCR Meter. The basic accuracy of the product is 0.5 percent.
