This universal sealant has a malleable [putty like] consistency and it is made from a carefully controlled blend of hightech synthetic fibres and specially formulated lubricants and greases. These universal sealants are applied in all types of rotary pumps irrespective of chemicals they handle. sealants can withstand applications up to 3,650 RPM, 425?C, pH 0- 14, depending upon the equipment and the type of Z_PAC selected and pressures from 14 kg/cm2 to 32 kg/cm2 on pumps. In this pressure range, there is a 25% safety factor. Since Z-PAC is frictionless, pumps run smoother than ever. As a result, pumps packed with Z-PAC consume less power.
