Sahasra Electronics offers USB data acquisition & control device manufactured by LabJack Corporation. The LabJack U12 features USB connection, watchdog timer, 12-bit analogue inputs [8SE/4Diff] with PGA, 2 analogue outputs, 20 bits of digital I/O, and a 32-bit counter. The device provides an interface between a PC and the real world. Software timing provides update rates up to 50 Hz for all parameters, while hardware timing enables analogue/digital input rates up to 1200 Hz [continuous] or 8192 Hz [burst]. Most connections are accessed using built-in screw terminals, eliminating the need for costly connection blocks. The device includes a USB cable, example application software, and drivers [DLL, ActiveX, VIs] that work with most languages including C, Visual Basic, and LabView.
