Witte Bleckede manufactures and offers special vacuum fixtures. These fixtures could be used to clamp notebook housings made of cast magnesium. The chuck is made as per manufacturers CAD
data and allows absolute even fixation of this thin-walled work piece. Housing base [often slightly uneven or deformed] is clamped into correct position for further milling and cutting operations. Stops and rotating clamps assembled on the plate used during machining are clamped and released at the press of a button.
