Product Profile of V-blocks Hardened
R Mansukhlal & Company has manufactured hardened and ground V-blocks which have two V-angles of different sizes to take jobs of various dimensions. By means of clamps the work piece can be held rigidly to the V-block. The top V and bottom V are parallel within ?3 micron and its squareness to the end faces and height variations to the V-block in a pair is within ?3 micron. The Main Features of V-Blocks Hardened are
- Hardened and ground to 60 HRC to 63 HRC;
- Precision V-block for tool room, inspection work, assembly shop;
- All sides precision ground, parallel and square;
- V-groove ground central and parallel two sides and base, perfect aligned and match within ?3 microns;
- Supplied with clamp for holding job; hold and square and round work; and permits grinding ends for work square with sides.
These V-blocks are available for clamping range of 3 to 70 mm [covered in four sizes].
