The hot air drying Vertical Basket Dryer system is developed for fast drying of printed bottles. This dryer has two heating zones and one cooling zone for cooling of the bottles and offers a considerable room and energy saving compared to standard horizontal belt dryer. It is supplied with S.S.baskets specially designed to prevent printed area touching from the internal surface of the baskets. The printed top layer of the bottles is dried so that second colour can be printed immediately.
