  • These units are so designed to offer easy trouble free shooting with reduced number of moving parts which reduces the problem of Alignment
  • The single cast design of the body in graded casting confirming to IS-210/1993, ensures strength on critical load carrying areas.
  • It consists of wheel shaft mounted with roller bearing, ball bearing and worm shaft mounted with ball bearing; thrust bearing to take on maximum load. All gears herein have limited back lash for smooth lift operations.
  • The unit has S4 duty motor with die cast Aluminium rotor [Dynamically Balanced] ensuring high starting torque and smooth acceleration for silent operation, suitable for 120 starts per hour. The motor consists of ?F? class insulation
  • The stable electro magnetic brake of the unit works on 110V.D.C.
  • These units reduce load on infrastructure, consumes less electricity, works more efficiently with rare shut downs.
