Vibratory Bowl Feeder

Vibratory bowl feeders, manufactured by Elscint Automation are available in five models - 100, 160, 250, 400 and 630. The Vibratory bowls, built in cast aluminium or stainless steel, possess many distinct tooling features developed into the basic bowl designs with tracks varying in width and shape to fit different types of components. The vital drive units of the bowls are properly engineered to provide stable performance at high speed with minimum maintenance. In these Vibratory bowls totally encapsulated coils with adequate power for particular models are employed. Each drive unit of the bowl is furnished with separate control box, which enables the user to control the speed of the feeder infinitely. Its standard units are suitable for electrical supply of 230 V, 50 Hz and soft start controllers are also available. All the models are equipped with different types of stands, X-Y tables, Z adjustments, hoppers, level controllers, silos and sensors. Vibratory bowls are used for feeding components for successive operations on special machines in cosmetic, electrical, mechanical, pharmaceutical, optical, bearing and many other industries. The vital components of the feeder can be plastic caps, spouts, capsules and electrical connectors, bearings as well as heavy parts such as anchor bolts, baring races and metal sockets.
