Product Profile of Water-ring Vacuum Pumps
PPI Pumps introduced PSC series of water-ring vacuum pumps, with single cone design. The capacity of these pumps ranges from 220 m3/hr [10 hp] to 5000 m3/hr [180 HP]. Maximum vacuum is 710 mm Hg. Material of construction include complete cast iron [type A], partial SS-316 [type C], and complete SS-316 [type S]. These pumps find applications in vacuum filtration and distillation, moisture extraction, vacuum condensation evaporation and removal of water from paper pulp.
