The material of construction of Process Equipment Company offered Wax/Oil Phase and Water Vessel is shell and it comes in 4 mm thickness S.S. 316; top flange is 16 mm thickness ring S.S. 316; top lid is loose type in two pieces 16 SWG S.S. 316 or top dished; jacket is S.S. 304. 6 mm thickness with spiral stiffeners; insulation is 50 mm thickness glaswool cladded with S.S 304 with 16 SWG welded.

Legs: 40 NB, Heavy Gauge S.S. pipe S.S.304. 4 numbers.
Sensor: PT-100 for Digital Indicator.
Jacket Pressure: 3.5 kg cm. sq working.
Stirrer: Suitable H.P/960 R.P.M /440V/TEFC mounted on side or from the bottom of wax vessel & Water vessel. Agitator will be propeller type
Finish: Internal and all contact parts buffed to 240 grit mirror finish and external buffed to 150 grit matt finish.
