X-Ray Spectrometer/ Fluorescence System is used for Single coatings of zinc, nickel, chromium, copper, silver, gold, tin etc. The X-Ray Spectrometer is also suitable for double coatings, where one layer is an alloy layer, such as chromium, nickel or copper on plastic or iron. The X-Ray Fluorescence System can be used for analysis of metal ion concentration in plating solutions. X-Ray Spectrometer/ Fluorescence System is also suitable for multiple coatings with up to 24 layers.
