BHAVMARK SYSTEMS manufactures and exports the 5000 Series. The Open Date 5000 Series automatic hot foil over printers are high quality heavy duty machines. They are designed to be attached to reel fed packaging machines providing a large area on-line printing facility for logos, graphics, dates, prices, batch codes, ingredients lists, bar codes etc.
5000 series printers can also span multiple lanes on sachet and labelling machines enabling a single printer to be used instead of one smaller printer per lane. Prints are clear, dry, non-toxic, and are of a quality that is not matched by any other in-line overprinting process. The EC Contact Coding system is a compact, fully automatic; microprocessor based coding system. The system is used on any continuous production line to code the variable information like Batch No, Manufacturing Date, and Max. Retail Pence, on any flexible packaging materials.
