Product Profile of Fabricated Vertical Decoring Machine
Fabricated Vertical Decoring Machine is used for decoring aluminium castings like cylinder heads, engine blocks, intake manifolds, cross members etc. The Vertical Decoring Machine ensures that the castings are vibrated by eccentric masses in order to loosen and remove the sand, preceded by a short period of hammering with an air operated system. The Vertical Decoring Machine is housed completely inside a soundproof booth equipped with sliding door for casting loading or unloading. Fabricated Vertical Decoring Machine is provided with a frame that support the castings consists of a steel structure with specific locator and dampened clamping system.
