Product Profile of Float Check Valves
Dip-Flon Engineering provides float check valves that combine the corrosion-resistance and product purity of FLO-VU sight glass with unique Teflon PFA ball float assembly that prevents over-filling of the bottom chamber. It is intended as a means of preventing vent-line contamination in sampling or dosing application. An observation chamber above the check ball provides for a visual confirmation of ball seating. Technical specifications include: connection size 1" ANSI-150 class; pressure rating 150 PSI @ 300?F; design pressure 225 PSI @ 300?F; temperature range -20?F to 300?F; full vacuum rating; flange material SS-316; borosilicate glass tubes; polycarbonate impact shield; and ball assembly of Teflon or PFA.
