Sakthi Soyas uses the innovative flash desolventising system to manufacture high-protein soya flour. Soya protein concentrate is prepared by removing most of the water soluble, non-protein constituents from dehulled and defatted Soyabean. It contains at least 65% protein on a moisture free basis. It is used in nutritional applications and in Antibiotics [Pharmaceutical industry]. Soya Protein concentrate is used as raw material to produce Soya Protein Isolate, in Soups, Gravies and as enrichment ingredient in Pasta Products.
