The company manufactures these Stand alone voice mail & auto-attendant systems based on the latest SMT design and Flash ROM technology to give them compact and robust look. Stand alone voice mail & auto-attendant systems use digital signal processing [DSP] for voice to give crystal clear voice storage. The company supplies Auto-Attendant range of Accord in 2 models EVM-2004 and EVM-2008. These Auto-Attendant systems apart from doing the traditional Voice guidance and help directory functions also provides additional benefit of having a common Mail Box where the caller can store all the messages when the desired user is either busy or not available. A system password is required for enabling the user to take messages from anywhere. The two models differ from each other by the duration of the stored messages vis-a-vis 24 minutes and 48 minutes respectively.
