Product Profile of Roll Forming Lines
Weldor Engineering, offers complete roll forming line. This is designed to minimise tool changing time. Four or more profiles are possible to produce on a single line. Different operations like decoiling, levelling, cutting, punching, folding, etc, are available to finish the profile. Also CNC/PLC automation of the line is offered. Roll forming has the following advantages: fast production due to speed of 10 to 50 metre/minute; any shape or profile can be formed; no profile length limitation; and accuracy in shape and dimension of the profile. This line is suitable for: steel furniture, power plants, automotive, building/construction, heavy fabrication, material handling and storage systems and bus body building industries.
